Movement Assessment

Performed well on basic strength tests
Poor balance mechanisms on various drills
Struggles to perform changes of direction at speed
Performs poorly on any agility drill, which required landing from a jump


Background

He started a resistance training programme two years ago and demonstrates excellent exercise technique.
His coach suggests his defensive skills would improve if he was stronger in the upper body.
He is currently free of injury.
