Training Schedule


The athlete plays basketball at a national level and has two years of resistance training experience so can be classed as an elite athlete. Therefore he trains regularly and as he is in the start of the off-season, he can also train any time he wants to, although training in the off-season will be different to pre-season training and training during the basketball season as there is no time where he will have to do skills training or train with the team. The British Basketball League has 33 games played in a season, not including the play-offs or the final with the season running from September to April. The athlete will train four times a week.
